1. Login Issue
  • To get start, you have to login with your email and password.
  • The email is your paypal payment email address for the item.
  • For first time login, you have to get your password first.
  • Click on the First Time Login and then input your paypal payment email.
  • A confirmation link will be sent to your email for security verification.
  • Click on the confirmation link and you can set your password.
  • Click on the Lost Password and then input your paypal payment email.
  • A confirmation link will be sent to your email for security verification.
  • Click on the confirmation link and you can reset your password.

2. Delivery Issue
  • We usually dispatch the purchase in next business day once your payment is confirmed. You can always track your order delivery status from our online tracking system
  • Please note that eCheque will take time to clear. The delivery status will be updated in our tracking system once it is cleared.
  • The parcel will normally take 5 to 21 business days to reach buyer, depends on the customs clearance time and post office service in different cities and countries.
  • Please be aware that customs clearance time may be longer than expected in German, Italy and France which may make the final delivery time up to 3 weeks.
  • Customer please confirms your delivery address by login to our online tracking system first.
  • If it is correct, customer can submit a item not received ticket to us through our system.
  • If it is not correct, customer can submit a address not correct ticket to us through our system.
  • We will ship to PayPal confirmed delivery address only.
  • If you want us to send the parcel to another address, please write it in the PayPal remark during your PayPal payment.
  • Sure, sometimes buyers did not aware the address registered in PayPal or eBay is incomplete or even wrong. A phone number on the packet may help the postman
  • You can submit your phone number to us in the PayPal remark during your PayPal payment. Or update to our online tracking system before item is dispatched.
  • Tracking number will be provided if customer paid the shipping insurance during their purchase.
  • Otherwise we will ship the parcel by Air Mail and no tracking number can be provided.
  • Customer who picks the insurance option can get compensation and protect from the mail lost.
  • Mail lost is rare, but possible, in case of mail lost and the customer has paid the insurance, we will resend the purchase or refund to the buyer.
  • We will not response to pay the VAT/import tax
  • However, in order to help buyer to avoid paying high VAT/import tax, we will declare the packet as "GIFT" and a lower value, usually US$10.

3. Payment & Discount Issue
  • We offer combine shipping discount for multiple purchase.
  • There will be 1.00GBP/2.00AUD/1.00EUR/2.00USD discount on the total postage for each additional purchase per shipment.
  • The shipping discount, if applicable, will be given per our combined eBay invoice or will be partially refunded through PayPal upon request if you have fully paid in advance.
  • Customer can always make the payment other than waiting for our combined eBay invoice.
  • The combined shipping discount will be refunded through PayPal upon request
  • To request your combine shipping discount if you fully paid the shipping in advance, please login to our online tracking system first.
  • Customer can submit a request postage discount ticket to us through our system.
  • If the request is applicable, we will refund the money to you through PayPal shortly.
  • We are sorry that we can accept paypal payment only.
  • Western Union/Moneygram money transfer, bank deposit (TT/SWIFT) will be considered only for bulk purchase.

4. Product Issue
  • We always check and QC our buyers’ purchase before delivery.
  • Product defect is rare, but possible. In case of receiving defective product, please login to our online tracking system first.
  • Customer can submit a product defect ticket to us through our system.
  • Customer is encouraged to take photo on the defect part in order to adjust the problem more precisely.
  • Technical drawing and product dimension is included in our eBay advertisement.
  • If customer finds the product is not fit, please login to our online tracking system first.
  • Customer can submit a product not fit ticket to us through our system.
  • Customer is encouraged to take photo on the not fit part in order to adjust the problem more precisely.
  • Customer satisfaction is our main concern.
  • If there is product defect, we will examine the case and do an exchange or refund to the customer.

5. Installation
  • Most of the product is easy to install and should be plug and play.
  • Some of the product requires slightly modification. However, it should not be difficult and should be fun for car lover.
  • Yes, most of our product comes with installation guide.
  • In addition, we have made our own step-by-step installation guide with photo illustration for our members to download.
